Skyservice has broken ground on a new 71,000 sq ft FBO and hangar complex at King County International Airport – Boeing Field, Seattle.

The new private jet center will include a large lounge and relaxation area, a 1,600 sq ft terrace overlooking Mount Rainier, as well as conference rooms and breakout areas.

The 50,000 sq ft hangar will be able to accommodate large cabin jets, including Gulfstream 700 and 800, Bombardier Global 7500 and 8000 and Dassault Falcon 10X aircraft.

“Seattle is a very important location for Skyservice as we expand our FBO, MRO, and industry-leading Aircraft Management company in the Pacific Northwest” said Benjamin Murray, President and CEO, Skyservice. “We are committed to working with the airport to upgrade and expand its infrastructure, focus on sustainable operations, and provide greater choice in the marketplace.”

Skyservice, having been undergoing rapid expansion in the Pacific Northwest region, recently announced its acquisition of InterDel Aviation Service’s FBO location at Vancouver International Airport.
