Business Jet Fleet Report – YE 2024

  • Asia-Pacific Business Jet Fleet Growth: There were 1,156 business jets based in the Asia-Pacific region at the end of 2024, which represents a 1.2% year-on-year increase. Mainland China still accounted for the largest fleet of business jets in the region, despite a net reduction of 21 aircraft – more than any other country in the region.
  • Market Trends: At the end of 2024, business jet deliveries in the Asia-Pacific region showed continuing signs of recovery from the Covid years. Compared to its low point in 2023, there were 36 new business jet deliveries marking an increase of nine units, as well as pre-owned jet additions also experiencing significant growth, rising by 24.6%.
  • Market Updates – Operator Overviews: At the end of 2024, the top 20 operators in the Asia-Pacific region had a combined fleet of 343 business jets, accounting for 29.7% of the total regional fleet. Sino Jet remained the largest operator in the Asia-Pacific region with 41 business jets.
  • Market Updates – OEM Overviews: Bombardier had the largest based fleet retaining its leading position of 306 business jets, despite recording the highest number of departures of 29 aircraft. Bombardier delivered ten aircraft valued at USD 689.3 million.
