Priester Aviation Grows Managed Fleet

Priester Aviation, the Chicago, Illinois-based private aviation company, added five business jets to its managed fleet in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.

The new additions to the fleet include a Nextant 400XT, a Cessna Citation XLS, an Embraer Phenom 300 and a Praetor 500 – all based at Chicago Executive Airport – as well as a Bombardier Challenger 300, based at Dallas Love Field.

Priester Aviation will support these aircraft for owner use and will provide crewing and dispatch services, administration facilitation, and maintenance coordination. Some of the aircraft will also enter into the company’s charter service.

“Aircraft owners are discovering the advantages of Priester Aviation and how we’re able to help them achieve their aviation goals”, said Rich Ropp, President, Priester Aviation. “They receive the full support and capabilities of the biggest national operations, but they also receive the individual attention of a personal flight department.”

These additions to the fleet follow Priester Aviation’s acquisition of Mayo Aviation in late 2022. Since the acquisition, the company now manages nearly 80 aircraft, with large operational bases in Chicagoland and the Rocky Mountain region.
