LCI Acquires 19 Helicopters from Lobo Leasing

LCI has acquired a portfolio of 19 helicopters from Lobo Leasing, RIVE Private Investments, and Turning Rock Partners.

The portfolio is valued at US$115 million. It includes helicopters from companies including Airbus, Bell, and Leonardo.

“This portfolio acquisition is another major step in LCI’s strategic plan and reflects our confidence in the helicopter market. Our team and partners have performed strongly, and the assets will be seamlessly incorporated into our leasing platform, driving further efficiencies of scale,” states Jaspal Jandu, CEO of LCI.

The acquisition will see LCI diversify its helicopter fleet, as well as expand its customer base and reach. It will also bring the total number of countries serviced by LCI to 28.

The joint venture between LCI and Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company (SMFL) recently delivered two Leonardo AW169 helicopters to Alidaunia.
