Jetcraft, the London-based private jet broker, has acquired North American broker Corporate Fleet Services (CFS Jets) amid increasing demand for business aviation.
CFS Jets is an aircraft broker specializing in turboprops, light, and midsize jets, based in Cornelius, North Carolina. The company also has offices in Texas and Tennessee.
The acquisition complements Jetcraft’s existing focus on super-midsize, large, and ultra long range jets. Both companies will continue to operate individually, with each benefitting from access to each other’s expertise, market intelligence and data.
“With the addition of CFS Jets, our product expertise is the most diverse in the industry, while bringing customers nearly a century of experience, and the largest number of exclusive jet listings,” said Peter Antonenko, President, Jetcraft, without mentioning specific terms of the acquisition.
The two companies have completed more than 800 transactions in the last five years alone and have over 100 advisors globally.
“This strategic alliance between Jetcraft and CFS Jets represents a significant milestone for both our companies, and our clients, who can now benefit from a combined experience of more than 800 transactions in the last five years alone,” said Antonenko.
