IADA Presents John Foster Lifetime Achievement Award

John Foster, OGARAJETS co-founder and a founding member of the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA), has won the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA).

The award was given at IADA’s annual spring meeting in recognition of Foster’s 50 years in aviation sales and his achievements in setting professional standards for the industry.

IADA Executive Director Wayne Starling presented Foster with the award. “John Foster is an icon who is trusted, admired and emulated throughout the entire business aircraft resale industry,” said Starling.

Foster started his career as a Navy pilot before transitioning to general aviation and private aviation in 1973.

The NARA is a professional trade association made up of companies that specialize in aircraft sales and brokerage. In 2018, NARA rebranded as IADA.
