Gulfstream’s G800 Arrives in Geneva for Continental Debut

Gulfstream Aerospace announced the arrival of the first Gulfstream G600 to be outfitted at its new facility in Dallas, Texas. The facility was built in June 2021 to respond to growing demand for finishing G600s. Gulfstream said the facility will also welcome the G700 to enter into service.
“We are seeing tremendous demand for our next-generation aircraft,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream. “Expanding G600 completions to Dallas is positioning us well for the future as we prepare for G700 entry into service, continued G500 and G600 in-service fleet growth and the interest we are seeing in the recently announced G400 and G800.”
In addition to the Dallas facility, Gulfstream also has outfitting facilities in Savannah and Appleton, Wisconsin. The expansion of facilities will allow Gulfstream to speed up deliveries.
According to Asian Sky Media’s Business Jet Fleet Report 2020, Gulfstream is the second most popular OEM in the Asia Pacific Region.
