Entrol has recently launched a mixed reality solution for its airplane and helicopter simulators, upgrading the training experience by offering trainees a highly immersive environment.
This solution can be used with every Entrol simulator and is designed to enhance mission training by allowing trainees to interact with virtual objects in a real-world environment.
The 360-degree field of view allows trainees to practice Search and Rescue (SAR), Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), or Firefighting missions as if they were actually inside a real aircraft. Additionally, the simulators can be interconnected, enabling multiple helicopter pilots or crew members to train together in the same virtual environment, regardless of their physical location.
Entrol believes that the mixed reality solution applying the latest technology will meet customer demands and set new industry standards.
