Dassault rolls out its new flagship Falcon 10X

Dassault rolled out its new flagship Falcon 10X private jet during a special ceremony at the French airframers Bordeaux manufacturing facility on March 10, 2026.

The Falcon 10X is also the farthest flying private jet that Dassault has built, offering a projected range of 7,500 nautical miles (13,890 km) at high-speed cruise approaching Mach 0.925, which will comfortably link city pairs such as New York–Shanghai, Los Angeles–Sydney, São Paulo–Dubai and Hong Kong–Paris.

“Dassault Falcons have always been at the vanguard of business aviation and the 10X is no exception, embodying the very best technology available today. From the user perspective, the equation is simple: an objectively better experience.” Said Éric Trappier, chairman and CEO, Dassault Aviation.

The entirely new fuselage delivers the largest, most modular cabin ever seen in a purpose-built business jet – 109 inches (2.77 m) wide and 80 inches (2.03 m) high – with 38 extra-large windows that are nearly 50 percent bigger than those on the Falcon 8X, which helps more natural light enter the passenger cabin.

At typical cruise altitudes of 41,000 feet, the cabin maintains a low 3,000-foot altitude with 100 percent fresh air continuously renewed and individually adjustable temperature zones. The advanced NeXus cockpit, paired with the latest FalconEye enhanced vision system, brings fighter-derived flight controls and precision approach capability to the civil sector.

With up to 19 passengers in high-density layout (or a more typical 12–16 in executive configuration), the aircraft is positioned squarely against the Bombardier Global 8000 and Gulfstream G800.

Asia-Pacific’s growing number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and expanding corporate fleets have already embraced larger Falcons – including recent 6X and 8X deliveries to Indian and Vietnamese customers, so it is likely that the 10X’s combination of class-leading cabin volume, ultra-long range and proven Falcon reliability is likely to accelerate interest among Asian owners who regularly fly transpacific or Europe–Asia routes.
