THC Signs ACH160 Helicopter Care Service Contract with Airbus

Helicopter services provider The Helicopter Company (THC) has signed an agreement with Airbus’ helicopter care services to cover six ACH160 helicopters for future corporate transportation services.

The HCare In-Service provides maintenance for customers operating Airbus helicopters.

The company, which was established by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is the first licensed operator for commercial flights in Saudi Arabia, a country with growing demand for luxury tourism and air travel services.

“With the helicopter industry expanding in the kingdom, THC is facing high demand from clients for high quality, safe and reliable services,” said Capt. Arnaud Martinez, CEO of THC. “Our agreement with Airbus will help us to ensure the needs of our esteemed clients are met,” said Arnaud Martinez, CEO, THC.

“Our newly launched HCare support and services packages are all about enhancing each individual customer’s performance and safety, while optimizing costs and protecting the asset’s value,” said Christoph Zammert, Executive Vice President of Customer Support & Services at Airbus Helicopters.

THC previously agreed to buy ten H125s and 20 H145s from Airbus for aerial work and HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services) in Saudi Arabia.
