Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer and training and solutions provider FlightSafety International said they will offer a new and updated full-flight simulator (FFS) for the Praetor 500 and 600 business jets produced by Embraer.
The simulator, which will be the third one manufactured by FlightSafety International for both models, aims to meet the growing demand for training platforms for this type of aircraft. Once completed, it will be located in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be fully operational during the second quarter of 2023.
“With Praetor jet deliveries increasing consistently, we have realized the need to offer additional capacity for training to our customers worldwide,” said Johann Bordais, President and Chief Executive Officer, Embraer Services & Support.
