Asian Sky Group (ASG), Asia-Pacific’s premier aircraft transactions, charter and market intelligence company, announces that Justin Yeung has been named Business Development & Sales Director with a primary focus on aircraft transactions, and Paul Tsang has been named as Sales Director and will focus on both aircraft charters and sales.
Yeung brings with him more than 15 years’ experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry between the UK and Asia, most recently at Hong Kong-based Metrojet where he was the company’s Director of Aircraft Management and Charter overseeing the Business Development, Client Relations, and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organization (CAMO) teams. He also served as Board Director to Funian Aviation in Shenzhen, China. During his time with Metrojet he led the negotiations for the construction and operation of the renowned 25,000sqm MRO and parking hangar facility in Clark International Airport.
“Asian Sky Group has a great reputation within the industry, especially with its trusted market intelligence reports and unique industry events such as the Asian Sky Forum. I’m very excited to work with the team to further contribute to ASG’s success in aircraft sales and its other key business units.” said Yeung.
Tsang brings with him more than 17 years of experience both in commercial and business aviation across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Most recently he had been Vice President of ACMI and Business Verticals for Chapman Freeborn, having been promoted from Vice President of Passenger Solutions. Prior to joining Chapman Freeborn Tsang spent time with Hongkong Jet as its business development Manager, as well as Regional Sales Manager with Gama Aviation.
“The Asia-Pacific business aviation market is very dynamic, and there is still plenty room for new growth, so I am very excited with the opportunity that ASG has given me.” said Tsang. “I am delighted to join the team and look forward to contributing to the next phase of the group’s development.”
The two key senior hires come at a time when Asian Sky Group has seen acceleration across all of the sectors that it operates in, from aircraft transactions and charter services to its consultancy services and media divisions.
“We are thrilled to be able to add two such experienced new hires that will not only strengthen our existing services but will also help us add and develop new capabilities.” said Nadav Kessler, Managing Director, Asian Sky Group. “Over the course of their careers they have both demonstrated high levels of integrity, professionalism and a deep understanding of the industry, so are a natural fit for ASG as we look to grow our already highly successful aircraft transaction and charter businesses.”
