Quentin Bond, Business Development Director APAC for Jet Support Services, Inc (JSSI) – JSSI is the leading independent provider of Hourly Cost Maintenance Programs for private jets, helicopters, and turboprops. James Clark is the Vice President, On Demand Sales of VistaJet since 2019. Sir Jorge Colindres Marinakis is the Founder, Owner and Executive Chairman of Aviation Registry Group of Companies (ARG), a pioneering organization in the aviation industry. With over thirty years of experience spanning from aircraft registration, certification, civil aviation regulatory compliance, to aircraft sales and acquisitions.

Sir Jorge has made a lasting impact on the industry. His vision and leadership have guided to found, develop, and manage two of the world’s most respected civil aircraft registries– The Registry of Aruba, founded in 1995 and the San Marino Aircraft Registry, founded in 2012. David’s passion for aviation and his desire to contribute to the industry’s growth led him to transition within five (5) years to a role as VP of Operations of The Registry of Aruba. He joined the aviation regulatory arena of Aruba, where he played a key role in shaping aviation policies and overseeing the registration and certification of aircraft. Her leadership skills and strategic vision propelled him to increasingly senior positions within the company.

In recognition of his exceptional leadership and expertise, David was appointed as the President of the San Marino Aircraft Registry. As the head of the registry, he is responsible for overseeing the registration and certification of all civil aircraft. His role involves ensuring compliance with international Civil Aviation Standards, enhancing the efficiency of registration processes, and fostering collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Under David’s leadership, the aircraft registry has achieved as of December 2023, 417 active registrations and 938 in total since 2012. Have implemented innovative solutions to streamline registration procedures, improve data accuracy, and enhance transparency. Paul has worked more than 23 years in business aviation, now working as the General Manager and Accountable Manager for a large full-scale maintenance repair and overhaul facility with CAAC, EASA, FAA along with other foreign approvals which includes service center authorizations from Gulfstream, Dassault, and Embraer Executive Jets in both Tianjin and Beijing, China.

Before relocating to China in 2009, Desgrosseilliers spent more than seven years as Operations Manager for Jet Aviation’s Boston/Bedford FBO/MRO in Massachusetts, US.

Desgrosseilliers holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He has a FAA private pilot license, FAA dispatcher license and CAAC maintenance manager certificate. He is also currently serving his third term as Treasurer within the Board of Directors of AsBAA.

Philippe Duchateau has been a test pilot at Dassault for about 20 years. Previously, he was the head of a fighter squadron in the French Air Force and a graduate of École de l’air et de l’espace. At Dassault, he is part of a team of 30 pilots and engineers who not only test aircraft but provide critical input for the development of new models and upgrades.

A passionate aviator, he also volunteers his time to instruct the next generation of pilots.

Trevor Esling is the Vice President Commercial at Qatar Executive, the private jet division of Qatar Airways. With over 30 years’ experience in international aircraft sales, he has held senior roles at Gulfstream, Cessna Aircraft Co/Textron, BAe, Raytheon Aircraft (Hawker Beech), and led sales across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. At Qatar Executive, he leads a global commercial team focused on selling bespoke private jet charters to discerning clients. Trevor has played a key role in expanding Qatar Executive’s footprint, including the introduction of the state-of-the-art Gulfstream G700 fleet. He brings a deep understanding of luxury markets and a strong global perspective to business aviation.

Rizkian Fazli is a dedicated professional with a strong background in commercial management and aviation. He graduated from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and began his career as a consultant at Land Surveyor in 2021. Later that year, he transitioned into the commercial sector as a Commercial Associate. His exceptional performance led to a promotion as Sales Manager, and in 2023, he was appointed as the Commercial Manager at PT Cakra Elang Omega, where he continues to excel.

With extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in private jet charter services, Rizkian possesses in-depth knowledge of the sector, allowing him to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. His expertise in commercial strategy, sales, and client relations has positioned him as a key player in the industry. Passionate about delivering excellence, he consistently strives to create innovative solutions and strengthen business partnerships.

Nick Fragassi is a global expert in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and aviation operations, with over 20 years of experience across Europe, North America, and Asia. He currently serves as Head of Aviation Services at Volocopter, where he leads international deployment strategies, ecosystem planning, and regulatory engagement for eVTOL operations.
Nick’s expertise spans aircraft management, infrastructure integration, and operational readiness for urban air mobility programs. He works closely with regulators, operators, and private partners to shape scalable, real-world AAM solutions.
Based in Southeast Asia, Nick brings a pragmatic and globally informed perspective on the challenges and opportunities in building the future of urban air transport.

Lindsey joined Rolls-Royce in 2012 and is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Business Aviation. In her role she is responsible for leading the global Sales & Marketing Team and driving growth of their aftermarket maintenance program, CorporateCare® Enhanced.

Throughout Lindsey’s tenure at Rolls-Royce she has served in a variety of roles within Sales and Finance. Having started as a finance intern, she has held finance positions across many different sectors including Group, Defense, and Civil Aerospace. In 2018, Lindsey joined the Business Aviation team as the Sales Director supporting CorporateCare® customers in Central US. In this role she was a key player in negotiating contracts with large US fleet operators and launching new service offerings including CorporateCare® Enhanced and CorporateCare Flex.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and has her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. She currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Joel Goh has more than 12 years of experience spanning OEM sales engineering, aircraft sales and commercial aviation. Having spent more than 3 years leading Eve’s marketing analytics for the Asia Pacific region, and 6 years leading commercial airline operations in Indonesia and the Philippines; he hopes to bring a unique perspective benefiting both customers and partners intending to enter the Urban Air Mobility space. Joel is currently based in Embraer’s (APAC) Singapore HQ, and graduated with an honours degree in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 2012.

A visionary entrepreneur and trailblazer, William E. Heinecke’s leadership and drive have transformed Minor International into a global powerhouse in hospitality, food, and lifestyle.

Daniel Hopkins is a highly credentialled aviation maintenance technician and consultant with a Master of Aviation Management from the University of Newcastle. Holding 30 years’ industry experience, both on the tools and in aviation service management, Daniel has a proven track record in sharpening e􀆯iciency, modernising workplaces and embedding technology, within a wider remit of cost analysis and business development. In partnering with Bluetail, he is promoting the rollout of aviation record digitisation across the Asia Pacific region, including critical work to establish best practice models and ensure systems are fit-for-purpose across heritage and future aircraft record-keeping needs. Well respected throughout the industry, his experience in corporate, business and government aviation sectors provide the perfect platform for industry advancements.

Kyle James has served as Business Development Manager at the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) for over four years. In this role he focuses on expanding the Registry and promoting its many benefits. Kyle frequently attends international conferences to represent the BCAA, stay current on industry innovation and technology trends and better understand regional needs and how the BCAA can support them.

A passionate traveler, Kyle has visited over 40 countries, including spending a year in Taiwan studying Mandarin and more recently working in Dubai. His international experiences have given him a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets.

Kyle’s enthusiasm for Bermuda, combined with his expertise in business development, makes him a vital asset to the BCAA as it continues to grow into new markets.

Dennis Keller is the Chief Executive Officer of Seaplane Asia, a Holding entity that enables standardized, safe, and commercially viable premium seaplane, aviation, and lifestyle services at the highest quality across Asia. Its brands comprise Siam Scenic and Siam Seaplane in Thailand, Samra Seaplane in Cambodia, the new venture of Santai Seaplane in Indonesia, and a larger vision for the region.

Dennis’ background is in commercial strategy and investments for corporates and start-ups, as well as consulting and banking. His industry experience is varied from aviation and lifestyle, to technology and e-commerce. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys traveling and flying as a private pilot.

Nadav is Managing Director and is in charge of leading, managing and directing the company’s aircraft sales, consultancy and business development activities. Nadav joined Asian Sky Group in 2012 shortly after the company’s foundation and has since taken forefront positions with developing and growing the company’s aircraft sales and consultancy divisions. He is responsible for aviation transactions as well as business aviation advisory and consultancy projects for a vast range of business jet and rotary operations, including corporations, financial institutions, private owners, and government entities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Business Management (BSc) and has lived in Asia since 2010.

Violet Kwek is the Founder and CEO of Lendicate, a specialty finance platform transforming business aviation and real asset financing in Asia through technology-driven private credit solutions. With nearly two decades of experience at DVB Bank, Standard Chartered, Minsheng Bank, and Global Jet Capital, she is recognized for her expertise in structuring innovative asset-backed transactions across shipping and aviation. Passionate about advancing the industry, Violet focuses on digitalization, sustainability and inclusive finance. She also serves as Associate Faculty for Airline Finance at the Singapore Institute of Technology and sits on the AsBAA Board of Directors, where she champions regional collaboration, sustainability, and talent development in business aviation.

Dennis has more than 20 years of experience working in both business and commercial aviation, and has a skillset honed in the UK as well as in Hong Kong. He joins Asian Sky Group from Ascend by Cirium, where he was a Senior Aviation Analyst, where as well as leading the helicopter values research team, he also managed and delivered advisory projects for a wide range of clients including OEMs, leasing companies, airports and operators. He also delivered desktop valuations and appraisals of commercial aircraft, business jets and helicopters. Dennis will lead the consultancy services department of Asian Sky Group, which is renowned across Asia-Pacific and around the world for delivering world class market research and feasibility studies, business studies and implementation plans, as well as operation advisory and oversight services. Additionally, Dennis will also help support Asian Sky Group’s aircraft transactions and sales support departments.

Quang  Le is spearheading Chapman  Freeborn’s entry into Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asia region. As the Key Accounts Manager for Passenger Airchartering, he leads the management of operators and client relationships across this important market. With a background in charter and commercial aviation in Australia, along with a deep understanding of regional aviation dynamics and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences, he plays a pivotal role in connecting local partners with Chapman  Freeborn’s suite of premium charter services, including private jet, VIP, and group travel.

Recognised as Chambers’ Global top 20 in Asset Finance in 2025, Hui Ling Teo is a legal and strategic advisor in transport & space, with over a decade of experience advising on complex cross-border transactions & investments. Jeffrey C. Lowe has over 40 years of experience in both commercial and business aviation in EMEA & APAC, with a career spanning engineering, marketing, and sales. Most recently based in Hong Kong for 25 years, he specializes in the business aviation markets of Greater China and Asia-Pacific. His experience in Asia began in 1997 with Bombardier Aerospace in Hong Kong, followed by VP of Asia at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in 2000. In 2007, Lowe joined the management of BAA Jet Management Limited, before joining Asian Sky Group Ltd. (ASG) in 2012, eventually becoming its CEO in 2020. Lowe is currently Vice-Chairman of Avion Pacific, the majority owner of ASG. His early career included roles at the de Havilland Aircraft Company of Canada, Boeing and Canadair, focusing on international marketing and sales.

Manolito A. Manalo is the managing partner of Ocampo Manalo Valdez & Lim Law Firm and oversees the firm’s regulatory and commercial litigation practice.

For several years now, Mr. Manalo has consistently been described as a leading individual and market leader in the practice areas of dispute resolution, aviation, and real estate by respected publications such as the Legal 500, Asia Law & Practice, Expert Guides, and Asian Business Law Journal, among others.

Brenton Melville is a long-standing member of the Avinode Group team, bringing over a decade of experience in the business aviation industry.

Since joining the company in 2013, he has contributed to a range of strategic and customer-focused initiatives, serving in both individual contributor and leadership roles.

As Business Development Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, Brenton is focused on expanding Avinode Group’s presence and partnerships in the APAC market. David Mezenen is a passionate aviation leader and a private pilot with 20 years business aviation experience in Europe and Asia, and proven records driving growth in new markets.

He joined Airbus in July 2020 as Regional Sales Director for Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ), overseeing aircraft sales and commercial activities in Asia. He is based in Singapore, the Airbus regional headquarter for APAC.

Prior to joining Airbus, David held various managerial positions at Geneva based Global Jet Concept, a renowned Aircraft Management/Charter Operator/Broker, across a number of different locations including Geneva, Beijing and Hong Kong where he spent 10 years developing the business as the Head of Asia and Chief Representative China. Under his leadership, the Swiss company became the first foreign operator in China to run a charter Air Operator Certificate.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Florida Tech University in Melbourne, FL. He is married and has two children. David is a keen sportsman practising skiing, football and thai boxing.

Yeow Meng is the Founder and Managing Director of WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd (WOA) and currently serves as President of the Singapore Chapter of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA). A licensed air transport pilot, flight instructor and trained software engineer, he founded WOA in 2009 and has since built it from the ground up into a boutique-style, fully integrated private aviation company based in Singapore. Today, WOA operates a full-service FBO facility offering aircraft sales, management, maintenance, and hospitality services across the region.

Before fully committing to the world of general aviation, Yeow Meng had a successful career as a certified corporate trainer and software architect. He later founded his own consulting firm, delivering digital transformation and business improvement solutions to multinational corporations worldwide. What began as a passion for ferry flying eventually evolved into a full-fledged career in business aviation.

Recognized for his multidisciplinary strengths and entrepreneurial spirit, Yeow Meng is known for developing creative service concepts and innovative products while maintaining a strong focus on business sustainability. He remains a hands-on leader, unafraid to take the road less traveled in pursuit of excellence and innovation.

Tom Phillips is the Regional Director APAC at Gogo. In this role, he leads sales and business development efforts across the region, supported by dedicated teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. He is focused on delivering the company’s mission to deliver innovative products and services to the region’s connectivity-hungry market and ensure the 24/7/365 award-winning support our customers expect and trust.

An experienced senior executive with over 10 years in the satellite communications, aviation and maritime industries, Tom brings valuable insight and expertise on the delivery of the optimum customer experience.

James Prater is an aviation enthusiast with over 30 years of industry experience. James joined Rolls-Royce in 2019 and is currently the Vice President Customer Support, Business Aviation ensuring the Rolls-Royce team remains customer driven. James’ passion for aviation and vision for white-glove treatment allows him to actively engage in the business and around the industry to promote aviation, as well as to listen, learn and lead others to even better levels of customer experience.

James is educated as an aircraft technician and a pilot/flight instructor and began his career in general aviation where he taught flying and performed and oversaw routine and heavy maintenance on a variety piston-powered aircraft. Later, he transitioned into corporate jet maintenance. James went on to lead a world-class airframe maintenance division, and then turbine engine services, including on-wing, mobile repair teams, and an overhaul facility with test cell.

MM in hospitality and tourism management with more than 10 years of experience in Airline/Hotel management with experience in 3 different regions. Specialise in overall Management, Commercial, Operation, Marketing, E-Commerce, Forecasting / Business analysis and Brand Management. Currently working with Mjets Limited as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sonny Souvannavong was originally born in Laos and moved to USA at early age. Sonny’s academic education covered span of various disciplines with Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), MBA from Strayer University, various certifications in Information technology field including Cisco, Amazon Global Network (AWS), Microsoft, adjunct University professor, and currently pursing Ph.D. in Knowledge & Innovation at Bangkok University.

Besides academic background, Sonny holds a Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) with FAA. Sonny spent over 20 years in USA and accrued much of his working career. Presently, Sonny is the CEO of Aerodyne Aviation based in Laos and also the International Sales Representative (ISR) for Gulfstream in Laos. Aerodyne Aviation specializes in aircraft acquisition and aircraft management with fully sustainable team in Vientiane, Laos. The Aerodyne team comprises of FAA A&P engineers, EASA B1B2 engineers, CAMO, dispatch/operations, and FAA pilots in various ratings.

Aljoscha (Al) is Business Development Manager at Asia Flight Services, a regional ground services provider with offices in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea.

Having worked in infrastructure development for Frankfurt Airport in the past, Al has been living and working in Southeast Asia since 2015.

In addition to being part of the NBAA International Operations Committee, Al is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), where he focuses on the Mekong Region.

Alex is the Sales Director for Asia-Pacific at Global Jet Capital, where he oversees the company’s efforts to provide customized financing solutions to clients across the region. Since joining Global Jet Capital in 2018 as Associate Sales Director for North Asia, Alex has played a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the Asia Pacific market.

Mark Thibault is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crewchiefs Corporation bringing over 40 years of leadership and expertise in the business aviation industry. His distinguished career spans mission-critical roles in business operations, quality, safety, and senior management across major operators, MROs, and FBOs throughout the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. Notably, Mark served as Gulfstream’s Head of Product Support for Asia, where he was instrumental in elevating service standards across the region.

His aviation journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet Plane Captain and Engineering Supervisor. Mark is also a licensed land and seaplane pilot and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. In addition, he is certified as an IS-BAO and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor. With deep technical knowledge and operational insight, Mark remains a trusted leader in global business aviation.

Mr. Thorne serves as Vice President of Business Development at Greenpoint Technologies, a premier business jet interior completion center. Mr. Thorne’s responsibilities encompass global sales, marketing, and client engagement, guiding customers through the complex process of V-VIP and Head of State aircraft completions. Since joining Greenpoint in 2011, Mr. Thorne has contributed to the successful delivery of multiple widebody interior programs including the BBJ 787, BBJ 777 and BBJ 747.

With over 25 years in the aerospace and defense industries, Mr. Thorne’s experience spans business development, systems engineering, and new product development. He previously held roles at Cessna Aircraft, Crane Aerospace, Honeywell, and Innovative Solutions & Support.

Mr. Thorne holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Wichita State University.

Daniel started his aviation career with Dragon Air as a Flight Attendant, where he worked for nearly four years. He then moved on to work commercial flight company Finnair as a Purser and Chief of Cabin. After three and a half years with the company, Daniel moved into business aviation joining a local Hong Kong brokerage company as a Business Development Manager and Client Relationship Manager where he was responsible for charter sales as well as luxury cruises/private tour sales. Daniel now handles Asian Sky Group’s Charter Services Department where he supports charter brokerage, marketing, aircraft representation and supplemental lift.

Being passionate about aviation, Roman started his career with a leading global aviation insurer. From there he moved on to aviation finance, and he meanwhile has accrued more than a decade of experience in this field.

He holds a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and was previously based in Zurich, focusing on the EMEA market.

Now, being based in Singapore, Roman is responsible for Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand, providing clients with seamless aviation finance solutions for both new and pre-owned aircraft.

Emerson Xu is the CEO and Co-founder of NexAvian, a professional services firm supporting the growth of Advanced Air Mobility and the Low-Altitude Economy. Based in Singapore and Canada, NexAvian works with a trusted network of aviation professionals to provide strategic advice, operational support, supply chain insights, and investor engagement to help develop AAM ecosystems across Asia and beyond.

Previously, Emerson served as Head of China at Volocopter, a German eVTOL pioneer, where he contributed to the company’s market entry through local joint venture and supported partnership-building and fundraising efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.

He began his career in Singapore’s public sector, contributing to early efforts in drone regulation and urban mobility. Emerson remains committed to supporting OEMs, operators, infrastructure players, and public agencies in advancing regional AAM strategies. He believes in the value of collaboration and in applying global innovation through local partnerships to shape a safer, more sustainable future of aviation.

Amy Yang is the Vice President of Marketing for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa at VistaJet and Vista Global, the parent company of VistaJet. She serves on the Board of Governors at the Asian Business Aviation Association and on the Advisory Board at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. She was a lecturer on the Business Aviation Executive Management course at the University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU Space) before relocating from Hong Kong to Dubai to take on her current role at Vista.

Over the past decade, Amy has grown the VistaJet brand from its infancy to the most sought-after private aviation brand in the Asia-Pacific region, earning recognition as the Best Private Aviation Company in the region. Her remit has since expanded to include the Middle East and Africa with the same strategic focus. Her marketing strategies — targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and niche audiences — have consistently delivered double-digit growth in revenue.

Prior to joining VistaJet, Amy spent six years in business development, marketing and PR roles at a regional private jet management company and with commercial airlines in Asia.
In addition to her professional achievements, Amy is an internationally qualified Latin dance teacher and actively competes in international dance competitions.

Justin has 15 years’ experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry between the UK and Asia. Justin graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor in Laws (Hons) and completed his MBA with Manchester Business School. He started his career with Rolls-Royce plc in the UK on its Commercial graduate programme before taking on a number of progressive roles within its Commercial and Procurement functions. Prior to joining Asian Sky Group Justin was the Director of Aircraft Management and Charter for Metrojet Limited, overseeing the Business Development, Client Relations, and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) teams. Justin is now the Business Development & Sales Director at Asian Sky Group with a primary focus on aircraft transactions.
