Philippe Duchateau has been a test pilot at Dassault for about 20 years. Previously, he was the head of a fighter squadron in the French Air Force and a graduate of École de l’air et de l’espace. At Dassault, he is part of a team of 30 pilots and engineers who not only test aircraft but provide critical input for the development of new models and upgrades.

Throughout Lindsey’s tenure at Rolls-Royce she has served in a variety of roles within Sales and Finance. Having started as a finance intern, she has held finance positions across many different sectors including Group, Defense, and Civil Aerospace. In 2018, Lindsey joined the Business Aviation team as the Sales Director supporting CorporateCare® customers in Central US. Kyle James has served as Business Development Manager at the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) for over four years. He joined Airbus in July 2020 as Regional Sales Director for Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ), overseeing aircraft sales and commercial activities in Asia. He is based in Singapore, the Airbus regional headquarter for APAC.
Prior to joining Airbus, David held various managerial positions at Geneva based Global Jet Concept, a renowned Aircraft Management/Charter Operator/Broker, across a number of different locations including Geneva, Beijing and Hong Kong where he spent 10 years developing the business as the Head of Asia and Chief Representative China. Under his leadership, the Swiss company became the first foreign operator in China to run a charter Air Operator Certificate.

Yeow Meng is the Founder and Managing Director of WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd (WOA) and currently serves as President of the Singapore Chapter of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA). A licensed air transport pilot, flight instructor and trained software engineer, he founded WOA in 2009 and has since built it from the ground up into a boutique-style, fully integrated private aviation company based in Singapore. Aljoscha (Al) is Business Development Manager at Asia Flight Services, a regional ground services provider with offices in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea.

Mark Thibault is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crewchiefs Corporation bringing over 40 years of leadership and expertise in the business aviation industry. His distinguished career spans mission-critical roles in business operations, quality, safety, and senior management across major operators, MROs, and FBOs throughout the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. Notably, Mark served as Gulfstream’s Head of Product Support for Asia, where he was instrumental in elevating service standards across the region.
His aviation journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet Plane Captain and Engineering Supervisor. Mark is also a licensed land and seaplane pilot and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. In addition, he is certified as an IS-BAO and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor. With deep technical knowledge and operational insight, Mark remains a trusted leader in global business aviation.
Mr. Thorne serves as Vice President of Business Development at Greenpoint Technologies, a premier business jet interior completion center. Mr. Thorne’s responsibilities encompass global sales, marketing, and client engagement, guiding customers through the complex process of V-VIP and Head of State aircraft completions. Since joining Greenpoint in 2011, Mr. Thorne has contributed to the successful delivery of multiple widebody interior programs including the BBJ 787, BBJ 777 and BBJ 747.
With over 25 years in the aerospace and defense industries, Mr. Thorne’s experience spans business development, systems engineering, and new product development. He previously held roles at Cessna Aircraft, Crane Aerospace, Honeywell, and Innovative Solutions & Support.
Mr. Thorne holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Wichita State University.
Daniel started his aviation career with Dragon Air as a Flight Attendant, where he worked for nearly four years. He then moved on to work commercial flight company Finnair as a Purser and Chief of Cabin. After three and a half years with the company, Daniel moved into business aviation joining a local Hong Kong brokerage company as a Business Development Manager and Client Relationship Manager where he was responsible for charter sales as well as luxury cruises/private tour sales. Daniel now handles Asian Sky Group’s Charter Services Department where he supports charter brokerage, marketing, aircraft representation and supplemental lift.
Being passionate about aviation, Roman started his career with a leading global aviation insurer. From there he moved on to aviation finance, and he meanwhile has accrued more than a decade of experience in this field.
He holds a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and was previously based in Zurich, focusing on the EMEA market.
Now, being based in Singapore, Roman is responsible for Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand, providing clients with seamless aviation finance solutions for both new and pre-owned aircraft.
Emerson Xu is the CEO and Co-founder of NexAvian, a professional services firm supporting the growth of Advanced Air Mobility and the Low-Altitude Economy. Based in Singapore and Canada, NexAvian works with a trusted network of aviation professionals to provide strategic advice, operational support, supply chain insights, and investor engagement to help develop AAM ecosystems across Asia and beyond.
Previously, Emerson served as Head of China at Volocopter, a German eVTOL pioneer, where he contributed to the company’s market entry through local joint venture and supported partnership-building and fundraising efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.
He began his career in Singapore’s public sector, contributing to early efforts in drone regulation and urban mobility. Amy Yang is the Vice President of Marketing for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa at VistaJet and Vista Global, the parent company of VistaJet. She serves on the Board of Governors at the Asian Business Aviation Association and on the Advisory Board at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. She was a lecturer on the Business Aviation Executive Management course at the University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU Space) before relocating from Hong Kong to Dubai to take on her current role at Vista.
Over the past decade, Amy has grown the VistaJet brand from its infancy to the most sought-after private aviation brand in the Asia-Pacific region, earning recognition as the Best Private Aviation Company in the region. Her remit has since expanded to include the Middle East and Africa with the same strategic focus. Her marketing strategies — targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and niche audiences — have consistently delivered double-digit growth in revenue.
Prior to joining VistaJet, Amy spent six years in business development, marketing and PR roles at a regional private jet management company and with commercial airlines in Asia.
In addition to her professional achievements, Amy is an internationally qualified Latin dance teacher and actively competes in international dance competitions.
Justin has 15 years’ experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry between the UK and Asia. Justin graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor in Laws (Hons) and completed his MBA with Manchester Business School. He started his career with Rolls-Royce plc in the UK on its Commercial graduate programme before taking on a number of progressive roles within its Commercial and Procurement functions. Prior to joining Asian Sky Group Justin was the Director of Aircraft Management and Charter for Metrojet Limited, overseeing the Business Development, Client Relations, and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) teams. Justin is now the Business Development & Sales Director at Asian Sky Group with a primary focus on aircraft transactions.
