MJets has partnered with Sersol Berhad (Sersol). The signing ceremony took place at the St Regis, Kuala Lumpur.
It was signed by MJets’ CEO Natthapatr Sibunruang and Sersol’s Managing Director, Datuk Wira Justin Lim, with Yang di Pertua Negeri of Melaka, Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali Bin Mohd Rustam as a witness.
Through the agreement, the parties will establish a joint venture company (JVC) which will offer aircraft charter and ground handling services, as well as aircraft management in Malaysia and Indonesia.
“We are thrilled to come into an agreement with Sersol and look forward to the future development and long-term relationship of our partnership and this flagship project in Malaysia and Indonesia,” says Natthapatr Sibunruang.
Datuk Wira Justin Lim believes the joint venture offers an opportunity for the group to grow. “There is increasing demand within differentiated market segments desiring safe and reliable travel options easing travel complications,” he says.
This comes with the expectation that the global private jet market will swell alongside an increase in travel.
