Asian Sky Group (ASG) has continued where it left off by winning the Asian Business Aviation Association’s coveted ‘Best Media’ award during the association’s Icons of Aviation Gala Awards Dinner.
The award recognizes ASG’s dedication to publishing accurate, verifiable data about the business jet, helicopter, and charter aircraft fleets across Asia-Pacific, as well as its regular Quarterly publication, all of which assist companies in making strategic and business-critical decisions.
“I’d like to congratulate everybody who was nominated and received awards during the AsBAA awards dinner, but I am especially proud of the Asian Sky Group team, which has now won the ‘Best Media’ award for the 5th time in a row,” said Wu Zhendong, Chairman, Asian Sky Group. “Building on the success of the past few years, 2024 will see ASG go from strength to strength as we expand our brokerage, consultancy, and charter services departments, and bring back our highly successful business aviation Forums.”
The award comes in the same year that the company held the first of its critically acclaimed business aviation forums. Held in Kuala Lumpur in February, the Forum brought together 160 of the most important people in business aviation in Malaysia as well as the rest of Asia. The rotating Forum season will return in 2024, with the next installment due to be held early in the year in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a complete aviation solutions provider, Asian Sky Group’s portfolio includes one of Asia’s only fully accredited International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) aircraft brokers, as well as one of Asia’s leading private jet charter departments. It also has a highly successful consultancy & advisory department that regularly advises clients on aircraft transactions, company mergers and acquisitions, and creates market studies for companies looking to enter new markets.
