Hany Bakr is a strategic aviation executive with extensive international experience across aviation safety & security, regulatory oversight, security risk management, crisis response, cybersecurity, Safety & Security Management Systems, and global aviation operations. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Aviation & Maritime Security at MedAire, leading global aviation and maritime security risk management operations that support more than 250 air carriers and 7,000 business jets across globally. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he brings deep expertise in ICAO Annex 17, aviation security governance, threat monitoring, regulatory compliance, resilience planning, and geopolitical risk mitigation. Hany is also an ICAO Subject Matter Expert on the management of security risks to flight operations over or near conflict zones. Previously, he served as ICAO Regional Officer for Aviation Security and Facilitation and VP Group Security at Qatar Airways, with senior international representation roles across ICAO, oneworld, AACO, and IATA security groups globally.

Johan is Swedish by heritage, Swiss at heart. After growing up in Switzerland, he started his career in commodity trading and soon discovered his passion for aircraft financing at a large financial institution. In 2006, he was appointed by UBS to launch aircraft finance on their product shelf. Under his leadership, and in less than a decade, UBS became a recognized specialist in corporate aircraft finance as part of its wealth management business, earning top industry awards. In 2024, he led the integration of two outstanding teams in aviation finance and launched UBS’s yacht financing offering. With a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and specialist certifications, he has built his career around connecting people since 1999. As a Certified Corporate Banker, he is passionate about creating tailored solutions in aviation and yacht finance.

Quentin Bond, Business Development Director APAC for Jet Support Services, Inc (JSSI) – JSSI is the leading independent provider of Hourly Cost Maintenance Programs for private jets, helicopters, and turboprops. JSSI also provides aircraft financing solutions, maintenance tracking software (Traxxall), has inventory of aircraft parts and engines for purchase and rental, and owns Conklin & de Decker.

A native of Toulouse, France, Adrien began his aviation career in 2006. He is the Founder and Managing Director of JET8, The Private Aviation Family Office advising ultra high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporations on the acquisition, sale, and ownership of private aircraft. Since 2018, JET8 has built a strong track record in supporting complex aircraft transactions across Asia and globally, with a strong focus on long-range platforms including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Falcon, Airbus ACJ and Boeing BBJ.

Alud Davies is a seasoned aviation industry professional serving as Director of Business Operations & Analytics at Asian Sky Group (ASG), Asia-Pacific’s leading aircraft transactions, charter, and market intelligence company. Based in Hong Kong, he previously joined ASG as Director of its Media and Communications division (Asian Sky Media) around 2021, where he quickly established himself as a key figure in the company’s content and research efforts. 

With more than 20 years of experience as a multi-award-winning journalist and editor in the aviation sector, Davies oversees all editorial content, news, and in-depth industry reports for ASG. His responsibilities extend to marketing initiatives and the highly regarded Asian Sky Forums. He has contributed extensively to business jet fleet reports covering regions such as Asia-Pacific, Europe, and MENA, providing valuable market intelligence to the global aviation community. 

In July 2025, Davies was appointed to the Board of Governors of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), reflecting his growing influence in the sector. Known for his passion for planes, he actively moderates industry panels and shares insights through various platforms. Paul has worked more than 23 years in business aviation, now working as the General Manager and Accountable Manager for a large full-scale maintenance repair and overhaul facility with CAAC, EASA, FAA along with other foreign approvals which includes service center authorizations from Gulfstream, Dassault, and Embraer Executive Jets in both Tianjin and Beijing, China.

Before relocating to China in 2009, Desgrosseilliers spent more than seven years as Operations Manager for Jet Aviation’s Boston/Bedford FBO/MRO in Massachusetts, US.

Desgrosseilliers holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He has a FAA private pilot license, FAA dispatcher license and CAAC maintenance manager certificate. He is also currently serving his third term as Treasurer within the Board of Directors of AsBAA.

Cao Minh is a Business Development Director at DHT Aviation, where he supports the growth of commercial aviation services and strategic partnerships across the region. Alongside his business development responsibilities, he has hands-on experience in ground operations and cargo aviation, having worked closely with Atlas Air on flight operations and load control activities.

A graduate of RMIT University Melbourne with a Bachelor of International Business, Minh combines commercial acumen with operational aviation expertise. Kyle James has served as Business Development Manager at the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) for over four years. In this role he focuses on expanding the Registry and promoting its many benefits. Kyle frequently attends international conferences to represent the BCAA, stay current on industry innovation and technology trends and better understand regional needs and how the BCAA can support them.

A passionate traveler, Kyle has visited over 40 countries, including spending a year in Taiwan studying Mandarin and more recently working in Dubai. His international experiences have given him a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse markets.

Kyle’s enthusiasm for Bermuda, combined with his expertise in business development, makes him a vital asset to the BCAA as it continues to grow into new markets.

Glenn G.A. Kelly is a highly experienced aviation professional with more than 32 years in the aviation industry. He currently serves as the Unit Manager Airworthiness & Registration and Acting Director for the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) of Aruba and deputy director

Mr. Kelly began his aviation career in 1994 as an aircraft technician and graduated from the Technical University of the Netherlands in 1995 with a Bachelor’s title in Aeronautical Engineering. He worked in the Engineering Department of a local airline before transitioning to the DCA in 1997 as an Aviation Safety Inspector. He became a unit manager of the Department in 2015.

Mr. Kelly is also specialized in Aircraft Accident Investigation and Aircraft Registration. Mr. Kelly participated in in the Kingdom of the Netherlands 2008 ICAO USOAP audit team, supporting international aviation safety and regulatory compliance efforts.

Nadav is Chief Executive Officer and is in charge of leading, managing and directing the company’s aircraft sales, consultancy and business development activities. Nadav joined Asian Sky Group in 2012 shortly after the company’s foundation and has since taken forefront positions with developing and growing the company’s aircraft sales and consultancy divisions. He is responsible for aviation transactions as well as business aviation advisory and consultancy projects for a vast range of business jet and rotary operations, including corporations, financial institutions, private owners, and government entities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Business Management (BSc) and has lived in Asia since 2010.

Philipp Kugelmann is the vice president of sales and business development for Southeast Asia for Phenix Jet Cayman. In this role Philipp leads the expansion of the company’s charter, management and acquisition services across Asian markets. Prior to his engagement with Phenix Jet he brings over 20 years of sales experience from across Asia-Pacific’s aviation sector. He most recently served as sales director for Northern Asia at Bombardier Aerospace for aircraft sales. Before that he was vice president of marketing and sales for EMEA & APAC at Materna IPS, where he expanded market share across two continents focussing on passenger processing and airport automation. Earlier roles include vice president for Apollo Aviation Management and BBAM in Singapore, and regional manager for Lufthansa Technik in Southeast Asia.
Besides his passion for aviation, he is an avid sportsman and traveller that likes to explore remote corners of the world off the beaten path.

Mr. Eric Lam serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), bringing extensive experience in management accounting, business development, and strategic partnerships. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in developing and implementing growth initiatives that support organizational progress and industry engagement.

Prior to joining AsBAA, Mr. Lam gained valuable experience with business aviation operators and charter brokerage firms. He began his career in Sydney, Australia, where he worked in financial management roles with IBM Australia and Cisco Systems.

With a strong background that combines strategic planning, commercial advisory, and operational leadership, Mr. Lam is well positioned to contribute to the continued growth of the business aviation sector. At AsBAA, he remains focused on enhancing member value and advancing advocacy efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.

Dennis has more than 20 years of experience working in both business and commercial aviation, and has a skillset honed in the UK as well as in Hong Kong. He joins Asian Sky Group from Ascend by Cirium, where he was a Senior Aviation Analyst, where as well as leading the helicopter values research team, he also managed and delivered advisory projects for a wide range of clients including OEMs, leasing companies, airports and operators. He also delivered desktop valuations and appraisals of commercial aircraft, business jets and helicopters. Dennis will lead the consultancy services department of Asian Sky Group, which is renowned across Asia-Pacific and around the world for delivering world class market research and feasibility studies, business studies and implementation plans, as well as operation advisory and oversight services. Additionally, Dennis will also help support Asian Sky Group’s aircraft transactions and sales support departments.

Vivien was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC) in July 2024, spearheading HKBAC into a new chapter upon the full launch of its newly terminal.

Vivien also serves as Director of Airport Freight Forward Centre (AFFC), which is undertaking a major revamp project to reinforce its contribution to Hong Kong’s position as the world’s leading air cargo hub.

Vivien began her career with Jardine Matheson Group and brings 20 years of experience in aviation-related business. Prior to her current roles, Vivien served as the Chief Executive of Jardine Aviation Service Group (JASG) where she led the ground handling business through post-pandemic recovery. She also spent 9 years in air cargo and logistics sector holding dual roles as Executive Director of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL) and Managing Director of HACIS (the wholly-owned subsidiary of HACTL).

Quang Le is at the forefront of the development of Zephyra Jet, a bespoke private aviation company serving Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Drawing on a background in both charter and commercial aviation in Australia, he combines international best practices with deep regional insight. Stephen Levesque is an accomplished International Business and Aviation Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth across Southeast Asia and beyond. As Former Director and Founder of AC Aviation Company Limited in Bangkok, he oversaw a premium fleet of Gulfstream and Embraer aircraft, delivering world-class charter, maintenance, and aircraft management services to high-net-worth clients and corporate leaders.

In 2025, Stephen founded Driver Japan Company Limited, a Tokyo-based luxury ground transportation business purpose-built to meet the exacting standards of private aviation travelers arriving in Japan.

Bing Li is the Sales Director responsible for the Northeast Asia markets for Boeing Business Jets, a program established by The Boeing Company in July 1996 to market a 737-700 derivative as an executive transport. Bing was appointed to this position in March 2010.

Prior to his current role, Bing served as Sales Program Manager and Sales Director for China and Korea Sales at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he led and supported airline sales campaigns, deliveries, customer events, and numerous special assignments in the dynamic Chinese market.

Before joining Boeing, Bing gained extensive executive experience at major carriers and an MRO in China, as well as representing other OEM airframe suppliers in the country. He possesses deep knowledge and understanding of the Chinese aviation and airline industry.

As the Director of Business Development at Hongkong Jet, Lance leverages over 16 years of private aviation expertise to drive strategic expansion and high-value client relations. Since joining the company in 2016, he has directly orchestrated the contract negotiation, signing, and induction of more than 25 aircraft management clients, demonstrating exceptional execution in fleet growth. Appointed to his director position in 2022, Lance has spearheaded the company’s expansion beyond Mainland China and Hong Kong, successfully establishing a strong market footprint in Southeast Asia to secure sustainable, long-term growth. His profound industry acumen is anchored by a Bachelor’s Degree in Air Traffic Control from the Civil Aviation University of China.

Jeffrey C. Lowe has over 40 years of experience in both commercial and business aviation in EMEA & APAC, with a career spanning engineering, marketing, and sales. Most recently based in Hong Kong for 25 years, he specializes in the business aviation markets of Greater China and Asia-Pacific. His experience in Asia began in 1997 with Bombardier Aerospace in Hong Kong, followed by VP of Asia at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in 2000. In 2007, Lowe joined the management of BAA Jet Management Limited, before joining Asian Sky Group Ltd. (ASG) in 2012, eventually becoming its CEO in 2020. His early career included roles at the de Havilland Aircraft Company of Canada, Boeing and Canadair, focusing on international marketing and sales.

Andrea Magnano is an aviation executive and operational leader with nearly 20 years of experience across airline operations, business aviation, flight dispatch, OCC management, aviation meteorology, and ATC support. He is the Managing Director of Navstars since its foundation in July 2024, where he leads the company’s strategic growth and operational development.

Andrea began his career in Aeronautical Information Services before progressing into airline operations and flight dispatch roles. He later worked with ENAV as an Aeronautical Meteorological Observer, supporting Air Traffic Control operations across multiple Italian airports. After relocating to Vienna, he joined Avcon Jet, advancing into leadership positions within business aviation OCC operations. He also holds an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License.

Brenton Melville is a long-standing member of the Avinode Group team, bringing over a decade of experience in the business aviation industry.

With more than 2 decades of international aviation experience, she has built a distinguished career across both passenger and cargo aviation, holding senior commercial and leadership roles with some of the industry’s most recognized airlines and aviation organizations. Her experience spans commercial strategy, business transformation, product ownership, consulting and strategic partnerships. Throughout her career, Latha has successfully led multicultural teams, developed strategic partnerships, and delivered sustainable business growth across diverse international markets.

Pham Minh Ngan is the Chief Executive Officer of Sun Air, a business aviation company under Sun Group. She leads the company’s strategic direction and operations, overseeing regulatory coordination, international partnerships and key business initiatives.

Tom brings extensive experience across connectivity solutions, driving innovation and delivering high-performance networks that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency. He is recognized for his strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style, and ability to navigate dynamic markets across Asia-Pacific. Andrew “Andy” Robinson joined Rolls-Royce over 48 years ago. Today, he is Senior Vice President Customers & Services, Business Aviation at Rolls-Royce leading the company’s worldwide Business Aviation customer support and aftermarket business activities. He is based at the Rolls-Royce North America Washington DC headquarters in Reston, Northern Virginia.

During his career, Andy has held a variety of senior positions across a wide array of Rolls-Royce customer facing businesses and functions.

Prior to his current role, Andy worked at International Aero Engines (IAE), as Vice President – Customers Services, he also held the position of VP Customer Business for Asia and Middle East and was responsible for all aspects of the business including engine sales.

During his tenure he has lived in customer facing roles in a variety of countries including India, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and Holland.

Wahyu marks his professional career as a counsel and business leader for various energy and technology companies operating in Southeast Asia prior to serving as Director for JETSET. His experience in cross-border transactions and managing multi-jurisdiction organization have contributed to his leadership in an inclusive environment. His specialty in aircraft acquisitions has helped clients in Indonesia in landing their business jet. He is a seasoned speaker for professional and legal development. He obtained his master’s degree from University of Southern California and is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Manuel has more than five years of experience in aviation business development, strategic account management, and aviation operations across Asia. Manuel began his aviation career at Consorcio Aviation, where he honed his skills and gained valuable insight into the industry. Following this, he joined L’Voyage, where he served as one of the Charter Operations and Customer Service Manager for nearly three years. Fluent in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, he brings a global perspective to his role. Manuel now handles Asian Sky Group’s Charter Services Department, where he oversees various functions, including charter brokerage, marketing initiatives, aircraft representation, and supplemental lift services.

Marco Stefanelli is the Senior Aircraft Registration and Licensing Officer at the San Marino Aircraft Registry, where he has been responsible for aircraft registration, operator certification, and personnel licensing since 2021.

During his tenure, Marco has overseen the registration of more than 100 aircraft engaged in both private and commercial operations and has led the certification of over 10 Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) for commercial air transport operators, ensuring compliance with international aviation safety and regulatory standards.

His areas of expertise include aircraft registration, AOC certification, personnel licensing, operational approvals, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with operators, aircraft owners, leasing companies, and aviation stakeholders worldwide, facilitating efficient and compliant registration and certification processes.

Marco contributes to the strategic development and international expansion of the San Marino Aircraft Registry and represents the Registry at international aviation events, promoting its commitment to safety, regulatory excellence, and responsive customer service.

Aljoscha (Al) is Business Development Manager at Asia Flight Services, a regional ground services provider with offices in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea.

Having worked in infrastructure development for Frankfurt Airport in the past, Al has been living and working in Southeast Asia since 2015.

In addition to being part of the NBAA International Operations Committee, Al is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA), where he focuses on the Mekong Region.

He is a graduate of Goethe University, Frankfurt (BA) and Université Paul-Valéry, Montpellier (MS).

With a strong background in commercial aviation and international business development, Max brings extensive expertise in strategic growth, aircraft sales, and client relationship management across global markets. Having worked across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Thailand, he combines international industry insight with hands-on commercial leadership.

At MJets, he leads strategic partnerships, market development, and client engagement initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth and strengthen its position within the private aviation industry.

Rita Tam is the General Manager of TAG Macau FBO, where she leads the strategic operations and growth of the facility’s services in Macau. A proven leader with over 20 years of experience in business aviation, Rita has guided her team and the TAG Macau FBO to consistently deliver exceptional service and performance. Under her leadership, the FBO has earned multiple prestigious industry accolades, culminating in recognition as Best FBO in the Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Rita’s commitment to service excellence and operational innovation has positioned TAG Macau as a benchmark for premium aviation experiences in the region. Alex is the Sales Director for Asia-Pacific at Global Jet Capital, where he oversees the company’s efforts to provide customized financing solutions to clients across the region. Since joining Global Jet Capital in 2018 as Associate Sales Director for North Asia, Alex has played a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the Asia Pacific market.

Mark Thibault is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crew Chiefs Corporation bringing over 40 years of leadership and expertise in the business aviation industry. His distinguished career spans mission-critical roles in business operations, quality, safety, and senior management across major operators, MROs, and FBOs throughout the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. Notably, Mark served as Gulfstream’s Head of Product Support for Asia, where he was instrumental in elevating service standards across the region.

His aviation journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet Plane Captain and Engineering Supervisor. Mark is also a licensed land and seaplane pilot and holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. In addition, he is certified as an IS-BAO and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor. With deep technical knowledge and operational insight, Mark remains a trusted leader in global business aviation.

Trinh Quoc Cuong is Head of Customer Department / Workshop Manager – Vietstar Aero Engineering Company. In this position, he provides the strategic plan to develop the whole market in Vietnam and other regional countries such as Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. Specific focus areas include marketing plan, budget plan, operational excellence activities, quality, delivery and cost performance measures, and the establishment of the new projects.

Trinh Quoc Cuong had the bachelor’s degree of Aero Engineering, MBA, and Msc in Finance. Trinh Quoc Cuong had 23 years of experiences in the aviation industry. Trinh Quoc Cuong joined Vietstar Aero Engineering Company in 2011 in the workshop unit and worked as workshop manager. Prior to joining VSAE, he worked for Vietnam Airlines and served as the ARS and AMT.

Luker Wang is an Executive Director of ALL TIME GROUND SERVICE Co., Ltd. (ATG), a Japan-based company specializing in business aviation ground support and operational coordination services for international operators throughout Japan.

After graduating from Hiroshima University in Japan, Luker began his career in Beijing before continuing his professional development in Japan, where he has spent more than ten years working within the business aviation industry. With experience across both the Greater China and Japanese markets, he has been involved in various areas of business aviation operations, charter support, airport coordination, and cross-border flight operations.

Over the years, Luker has developed extensive operational experience within Japan’s unique aviation environment, supporting international operators and business jet movements across major airports nationwide. His work focuses on aircraft handling coordination, mission support, operational planning, and facilitating smooth communication between overseas operators and local stakeholders in Japan.

In addition to his operational background, Luker maintains close industry relationships throughout Japan, China, and the broader Asia-Pacific region, working with operators, charter companies, brokers, airports, and aviation partners across multiple markets. He continues to actively support regional industry cooperation and the development of international business aviation operations within Asia.

Simon, as Bombardier’s General Manager Asia Pacific Region, is passionately immersed in life & the dynamic rise of Business Aviation in Asia Pacific. He has worked across the Asia Pacific region over the last 30 years and led various facilities in Singapore, China and Australia. Simon has established new facilities including the first Business Aviation FBO and MRO in mainland China and since 2013, the first Bombardier Service Centre in Asia Pacific, in Singapore. This facility has become Asia Pacific’s largest Business Aviation service provider with the complete suite of maintenance, modification, completion, FBO and support services with 300+ strong team of passionate professionals. The full-service facility includes Asia Pacific’s first business aviation cabin interior refurbishment and environmentally controlled aircraft paint facility. Simon has the unique claim to have both represented China in Australian Rules Football and won two Club Crew World Championship medals in Dragon Boating for Singapore.

Matthew Woollaston took on the role of Vice President Sales and Business Development APAC at Jet Aviation in 2023. He is responsible for overseeing regional sales and business development activities across Asia Pacific, including the company’s MRO, aircraft management, charter and FBO businesses.

Prior to this, Matthew served as Vice President Completions Sales from 2015. In that role, he led global sales activities and was instrumental in securing large aircraft completions contracts for the center, supporting the continued strategic growth of the business.

Matthew joined Jet Aviation in 2014 as Director Completion Sales and Market Development. . A 40-year industry veteran, he has held a broad range of roles in the MRO and Business Aircraft refurbishment and completions sectors. He is also a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

CEO of ALL TIME GROUND SERVICE Co., Ltd. (ATG), a Japan-based business aviation ground handling company supporting international operators and private jet movements across Japan.

A graduate of Nagoya University, she is fluent in both Chinese and Japanese and specializes in bridging the Japanese and Greater China business aviation markets. Her expertise includes ground operations, airport coordination, charter support, and regulatory communication within Japan’s highly structured aviation environment.

Under her leadership, ATG has rapidly expanded its operational network across major Japanese airports and built strong partnerships with airports, operators, and industry stakeholders. Kathy is particularly focused on operational flexibility, compliance, and service quality for international business aviation operators entering Japan.

She actively supports the development of Japan’s business aviation industry while promoting industry exchange and collaboration between Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.

Justin has 15 years’ experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry between the UK and Asia. Justin graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor in Laws (Hons) and completed his MBA with Manchester Business School. He started his career with Rolls-Royce plc in the UK on its Commercial graduate programme before taking on a number of progressive roles within its Commercial and Procurement functions. Prior to joining Asian Sky Group Justin was the Director of Aircraft Management and Charter for Metrojet Limited, overseeing the Business Development, Client Relations, and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) teams. Justin is now the Business Development & Sales Director at Asian Sky Group with a primary focus on aircraft transactions.
